1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information or enable its functions. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as local and session storage, used by Walletycs.

The service owner's identification and contact details are available in the Legal Notice. Personal-data processing, providers, international transfers and your rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Which cookies do we use?

Walletycs uses its own cookies to let you register and sign in securely, and to remember preferences you choose. These technical and preference cookies support the functions you request and do not require additional cookie consent. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across websites.

Not every cookie is used on every visit: this depends on the features and choices you use. Signing out invalidates your authentication session.

3. Other browser storage

We also use:

Local storage (localStorage): remembers your theme, privacy mode and chart preferences. These settings remain until you change them, clear the site's data or your browser removes them. Signing out does not necessarily clear them.
Session storage (sessionStorage): temporarily remembers the email entered during registration and your position in the transaction list. Entries are removed after use or normally when the tab session ends, depending on your browser's session-restoration settings.

4. Analytics without cookies

We use cookieless web analytics on public and signed-in pages to understand visits and product use, including interactions with the introduction page. It processes information such as page addresses, referring pages, approximate location, and device and browser information.

Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage and does not track you across websites. The analytics service uses a temporary identifier (hash) to distinguish visitors and discards it after 24 hours. Reports are available for 12 months; this reporting window is separate from the identifier's lifetime and is not a deletion deadline for every provider record.

With this configuration, Walletycs does not display an Analytics consent banner.

5. How can you manage cookies and storage?

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Blocking necessary storage can prevent registration, sign-in or security checks from working.

You can change your language, theme, privacy mode and chart preferences in Walletycs. Deleting stored preferences resets those choices.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if we change the cookies or similar technologies we use, their purposes or the controls available to you. The current policy will remain available on the website.
